Pay RangeBase pay: $32.00/yr – $38.00/yr. Actual pay is based on skills and experience.
ScheduleWednesday - Sunday, 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM

As a Mobile Mechanic/Technician, you will be the expert keeping fleets on the road. This field‑based role is ideal for skilled technicians who enjoy independence and variety. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light and medium‑duty vehicles, including emergency roadside service.
Where You’ll Make an Impact- Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs
- Handle emergency road service calls with confidence and urgency
- Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service
- Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and precision instruments
- Work with hand, power, and welding tools to complete jobs
- Road test vehicles to ensure top‑quality standards
- Meet or beat industry‑standard repair times
- Source parts from trusted vendors
- Maintain company‑issued service truck and perform inspections
- Support the team wherever needed
- At least 3 years of hands‑on auto or diesel tech experience on light to medium‑duty vehicles
- Strong communication skills with customers and drivers
- Comfortable using mobile apps and navigation systems
- Prepared for outdoor work regardless of weather
- Independent, dependable, and self‑motivated
- Positive attitude and safety‑first mindset
- 23+ years old with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Bring your own hand tools; equipment provided
- Dynamic, high‑traffic areas – precision and safety are key
- Exposure to dust, diesel fumes, and noise typical of shops or yards
- Handle chemicals, oils, and grease safely
- Lift, move, and position heavy equipment or components
- Access vehicle components – bend, kneel, crawl, crouch
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
