Facilities Maintenance Technician

At Harmoniq Residential, we believe a well‑maintained home is the foundation of a happy community. Our Maintenance Technicians are key to creating that experience—responding quickly, fixing with care, and keeping our communities running smoothly.

• Perform painting projects and light drywall repairs.
• Contribute to overall curb appeal and property upkeep.

• Replace toilets, wax rings, surrounds, and shower trim/cartridges.
• Diagnose and report water heater issues.

• Replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ballasts.

• Check and monitor common area boilers.
• Diagnose furnace and air handler issues within a non‑licensed scope.

• Use digital platforms to manage work orders and communicate with vendors.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and assist with third‑party contractor coordination.

• Attend quarterly company‑wide meetings.
• Actively participate in weekly Maintenance meetings.

• Continue developing your maintenance skills.
• Manage work orders and prioritize tasks independently.

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• A mindset that views challenges as opportunities to improve.
