Shift: Shift 3 (Hours 9:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; off days determined by shift rotation; holidays and weekends included). FTE: 1. Standard

40.00. This job is onsite.

Providing security in/around the hospital, facilities, campus, ancillary clinics and parking structures. Concentrates on the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff. Responding immediately to various levels of dispatch calls as a visible deterrent, investigating unusual circumstances, assisting with de‑escalation, and enforcing security. Performs other duties as assigned.

1 year of security experience or equivalent.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proof of training in Froedtert‑approved DAAT (Defense and Arrest Techniques) course within the previous three years or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire is required, including de‑escalation training. Must complete National Incident Management System (NIMS) IS‑700 and the IC‑100 courses within six months of hire. Must have FTO (Field Training Officer) program completed within 120 days. Training or academy may be site‑specific.

Familiarity with CCTV systems and operation is preferred.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally, generate push‑pull force up to 100 lbs occasionally, climb stairs occasionally, walk frequently, and get up and down from floor to standing independently.

Valid driver’s license required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA‑approved equivalent required within three months of hire.
