Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe CCTV and/or alarm systems as assigned, and assist with visitor sign-in, badge control, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and emergency services when appropriate.;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and promptly notify supervision of concerns requiring follow-up.
