Security Officer - Retail Patrol Weekends

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and mall location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, gathering information, and promptly notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and back-of-house corridors to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access, and policy concerns;
Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity, enforce posted property rules as directed, and assist with access control and crowd management during peak shopping periods and special events;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes using required tools and/or forms, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
