Security Officer - Part Time

Position: Security Officer - Part Time - Downtown
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a front desk location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment status, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.;
Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Support a professional financial institution environment by answering phones, coordinating deliveries and service providers, and communicating clearly with employees, vendors, and guests.
