** Glendale, WI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist guests and tenants with directions and support, document observations, and communicate clearly with on-site teams.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail mall location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, corridors, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity, identify hazards, and report maintenance concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assistance with disorderly conduct, medical calls, lost children, and/or crowd-related issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control as directed, and document observations in activity logs and/or incident reports.

+ Communicate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed, follow post orders, and support retail operations by providing directions, escorts, and customer assistance.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
