Security Officer - Weekend Driver Patrol Unarmed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or local response partners as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and directing individuals to appropriate resources.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol findings, and policy-related events, and maintain clear radio and/or phone communication throughout the shift.
