Security Officer - Flex Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures, transit facility policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with transit personnel and local public responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit centers, bus bays, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow, assist with access control points, and/or provide directions and information to riders and visitors while observing for unusual conditions;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate observations through radio and/or phone, and report maintenance concerns such as lighting, doors, or hazards to the appropriate party
