Director of Security & Transportation – Hilton Milwaukee

• Recruitment and selection for open positions in the department.
• Ensure associates are fully trained for their essential jobs.
• On-stage manage associates through guidance, reward, and recognition.
• Schedule, coach, and counsel associates.
• Investigate unlawful acts (internal/external).
• Conduct departmental meetings and shift change roll calls.
• Chair safety team and meetings.
• Liaison with MPD/DSNA.
• Maintain MSDS books & MOD program.
• Write reports.
• Assist loss prevention officers with their duties.
• Oversee transportation & parking ramp departments.
• Maintain hotel radio communications & emergency procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Prior experience in related field.
• CPR / First Aid training preferred.
