As a Security Officer – Industrial Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties. You will provide exceptional customer service, remain visible, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people‑first culture.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including interior and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activity.
• Observe for unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry points to help deter unauthorized entry.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age (18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles).
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
