Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to provide 24/7 monitoring of security systems in dynamic environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and other facilities.

• Milwaukee, WI 53203
• Full‑time, Wednesday through Sunday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Part‑time, Saturday and Sunday, 2nd shift 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Part‑time, Monday and Tuesday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required
