A leading national distributor of industrial filtration products is seeking a Territory Manager to support ongoing growth. The company delivers high‑performance filtration solutions, exceptional service, and technical expertise to customers across manufacturing, energy, food & beverage, chemical processing, data centers, heavy equipment, and other industrial markets.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth through new business development and expansion within existing accounts
- Building strong relationships with customers and vendor partners
- Conducting customer visits, product discussions, and basic application evaluations
- Delivering technical product recommendations and value‑added solution proposals
- Managing the full sales cycle with consistent CRM documentation and reporting
- Preparing quotes and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Representing the company professionally at customer sites and industry events
- Traveling regularly within an assigned regional territory
The Territory Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial or filtration preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven success in developing new accounts and closing business
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High mechanical/technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to work independently in both office and field environments
