The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new customer acquisitions, and work with each individual customer to create customized solutions for their needs. Each day, you’ll have a pipeline of perspective clients who are looking for JME’s industry expertise, NO COLD CALLING required! This position also offered unlimited commission earnings!
Essential Requirements:
- Understand client needs and provide solutions and support
- Answer client questions and follow-up questions
- Work with sales team to help close sale opportunities
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Maintain a database of prospective client information using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Work with clients through the entire sales process from quoting to closing process
- Meet weekly and daily metrics/KPIs as laid out by the Sales Manager
Skills:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-year previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience, industrial sales preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current and potential customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Pay: $55,000 base, plus commission
