We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Perth team. In this role, you will partner closely with our distributors across the South of the River region, driving product visibility and strengthening long-term business relationships. Your key objective will be to effectively promote and sell the Milwaukee advantage across our distribution network, ensuring strong market presence and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation of the company's channel strategy across the allocated distribution network.
- Sales Growth within your designated customer base and territory.
- Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong business building and client relationships.
- Customer display and stock management excellence ensuring we uphold the Milwaukee Customer EUV Strategic Plan.
- Undertake activities with customers and distributors at trade shows, demonstrations, and product launches.
- Present new products and obtain core range acceptance with your customers.
- Maintain customer account information complete with business updates and market data within Sales Force CRM system with weekly and monthly reporting of activities.
- Experience in Sales, Retail or the Trade network.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mid-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Willingness to travel (up to 4 nights per month)

This role will require you to have a current driver's licence and good driving history.
