Regional Sales Manager

TIGER Coatings North America manufactures Powder Coatings for various industrial market segments, including Job Shops, General Industry manufacturing, Architectural, Automotive, Agricultural & Construction Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, and Furniture industries. The company has production facilities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

* This position is for Wisconsin | Milwaukee or Green Bay location*

• Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
• Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
• Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
• Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
• Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
• Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years in sales with a proven track record in the coating industry
• Skilled in working with sales processes & techniques
• Overnight Travel
• Valid Driver’s License
• Coatings Experience

• Overnight travel is required 50% to 70%
• Some international travel required to attend Sales Meeting
• Passport is required
