Strategic Account Manager Glass Manufacturing

Position: Strategic Account Manager - Can & Glass Manufacturing
** SCOPE OF ROLE
** This role is pivotal in driving growth and deepening customer relationships at strategic accounts. It requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, collaborative teamwork, and proactive engagement with both customers and internal stakeholders. The Strategic Account Manager acts as a key facilitator of solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement within Regal Rexnord’s sales function.  This role is focused on driving multi-channel share gain strategies at our Strategic End User and OEM customers in the Can and Glass container manufacturing industry.

Skills and Qualifications
** 5-10 years of commercial / technical sales experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute sales initiatives and strategies through influence in a team-selling environment

Ability to travel 50%+ to customers, trade shows, and internal meetings where needed

Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
