Entry Level Sales Account Representative - Telecommunications
Location: Assigned Territory (Remote/Field-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time W2
Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Weekly Performance Bonuses
Wolfe Perseverance is looking for motivated Entry Level Sales Account Representatives to join our growing outside sales team selling phone, TV, internet, and telecommunications services across an assigned territory. This role offers a blend of professional development, hands-on sales experience, and clear pathways for advancement into leadership, recruiting, and consulting roles.
What You’ll Do- Represent leading telecommunications brands in person with customers and businesses across your assigned territory
- Drive sales through a consultative approach, helping customers find the right phone, TV, internet, and bundled solutions to fit their needs
- Build meaningful customer relationships and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, refine strategies, and help drive team success
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to launch a career in sales
- Background in sports, hospitality, team environments, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
- Competitive, coachable, and excited about personal and professional growth
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not required)
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to advance into leadership
