What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and expand the existing customer base while identifying new market opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from demand creation to successful business closure
  • Collaborate with management to formulate and execute strategic sales plans for the Central Region
  • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare price quotes, and negotiate agreements
  • Continuously assess market needs and trends to inform new product introductions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical sales and customer management
  • Demonstrated sales experience with mixed-signal analog and digital integrated semiconductors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements

  • Industrial application experience in areas such as Power Tools, Robotics, and Thermal Management
