- Demonstrated sales experience with mixed-signal analog and digital integrated semiconductors
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements
- Industrial application experience in areas such as Power Tools, Robotics, and Thermal Management
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global network
