This full-time Commercial Insurance Sales Representative position is based on-site in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting clients with insurance solutions, and managing account renewals and coverage changes. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored insurance products, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
• Strong customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
• Proven sales expertise in evaluating client needs and confidently presenting tailored solutions
• Experience in account management and the ability to oversee insurance purchasing processes
• Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in an on-site role in Milwaukee, WI
• Previous experience in insurance sales or the field of professional services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
