The Oncology Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Milwaukee area. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, presenting and promoting oncology-related products, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include engaging with key stakeholders, educating clinicians on product benefits, and staying updated on industry developments to ensure effective representation of EVERSANA’s offerings.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned geography.
- Present and promote oncology-related products to healthcare professionals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within the oncology portfolio and assigned accounts.
- Engage with key stakeholders and educate clinicians on product benefits and value propositions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and clinical data to ensure effective representation of EVERSANA’s offerings.
- Knowledge of or experience in oncology products and the life sciences industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or oncology sales is an advantage.
