Overview

Audio Visual Sales – Commercial Technology Solutions

We are currently seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing AV technology opportunities in commercial environments. You ll play a key role in delivering customized AV system solutions through a consultative sales approach, while collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client—from design to installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of commercial AV systems by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments and deliver tailored technology solutions
  • Collaborate with AV engineers to develop system designs and accurate pricing proposals
  • Present and negotiate AV system proposals with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Represent the company at industry events, tech expos, and networking functions
  • Leverage prospecting tools and strategies to consistently expand your book of business
  • Participate in internal training and professional development programs
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within current client accounts
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams: engineering, programming, tech support, and leadership
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with commercial clients
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in AV or technology sales preferred
  • Passion for technology and client-centered solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the commercial AV space
