• Compensation:
  Base Salary + Commission for total compensation up to $200K per year

• Conduct sales visits to new and existing customers, offering tailored residential and commercial HVAC services.
• Educate clients on optimal replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems, emphasizing energy efficiency and long-term value.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, quickly establishing rapport and trust to drive sales success.
• Develop and maintain excellent rapport and seamless communication with the install department, co-workers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.

• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Proven sales history with a minimum of 1 year of HVAC outside sales experience is required.
• High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism.
• Must be coachable and possess a willingness to learn new things and adapt to new sales strategies.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly create rapport with diverse customers.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen upon hire.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
• Comfortable and capable of working in basements and crawl spaces.
