The path to becoming a Financial Professional begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you study toward obtaining required FINRA and resident state licenses, with fees and exam study materials covered by the Company. Upon successful completion, a part-time CDP Contract Associate role may offer compensation at $15/hour (or higher, if applicable). After successful completion, an offer to become a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) may be provided, paid on a commission and bonus basis.
FPAs commonly earn $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in their first full year. Eligible FPAs may enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans, as well as paid leave for the FPA and dependents.
