Formed in 1980, we are an independent manufacturer representative firm, servicing some of the AVL industry's premier Audio, Video, and Lighting brands in Illinois and Wisconsin.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pro Audio/Video/Lighting Manufacturer Representative based in the state of Wisconsin. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, finding new business, representing professional audio, video, and lighting equipment, and providing expert guidance on product applications and solutions. Responsibilities include managing/growing an account base, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical consultations, and working closely with clients to meet their professional audio, video, and lighting needs.

The ideal candidate has spent many years in the state of Wisconsin working in the AVL industry as either an integrator, consultant, manufacturer, rental, or retail sales, and currently lives within the state of Wisconsin.

• Candidate must live in Wisconsin.
• Prior experience with an AV integrator or production rental company in the territory is preferred.
• Knowledge of Audio, Visual, and Lighting concepts and technologies.
• Ability to demonstrate a wide array of AVL products, and software.
• Experience using Social Media platforms for professional and marketing purposes.
• Strong communication, presentation, CRM, and customer service skills.
• Technical sales experience/troubleshooting of existing systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
