• Execute face‑to‑face sales and marketing strategies in retail locations
• Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Professionally promote and represent client products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Maintain strong product knowledge and assist with peer training as you grow
• Communicate product comparisons clearly and confidently
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team‑driven work environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or leadership
• Background in sports, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds during retail events
