We're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships in the Milwaukee area. You'll work with cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology, consult with customers to understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions. This role involves identifying leads, following up on inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing Formlabs at industry events.

You'll be a champion of our technology, collaborating with decision-makers to achieve sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers and sell additive manufacturing technology using a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads via phone and email.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate regular customer touchpoints to align needs with sales growth.
  • Represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events.
  • Collaborate with key decision‑makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
  • Become a Formlabs technology expert through hands‑on training.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM‑related field or equivalent.
  • 0–5 years of full‑time work experience.
  • Curious and passionate about technology.
  • Customer‑focused and results‑oriented relationship builder.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video, and email.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn.
