Total Tools Windsor Gardens is looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant
, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long‑term relationships.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the front counter and processing sales transactions
• Providing product advice and information to customers
• Responding to customer enquiries and offering practical solutions
• Assisting with repairs, backorder follow‑ups, and online order processing
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a clean, well‑presented counter area
• Processing, tracking, and maintaining customer orders

• Previous retail and/or trade experience—whether you're a customer service star or a tradie stepping off the tools
• Strong understanding of, and interest in, tools and hardware
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and a supportive team player
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
• Confident using technology with solid computer literacy
• Available for weekday, weekend, and occasional public holiday work
