We are seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who answer the phone and make pizzas with personality and people skills.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Makeრეს correctly monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills.
• Ability to understand and perform mathematical calculations quickly.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Good memory for phone numbers.

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust and fumes from food odors.
• Risk of hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Some tasks involve cramped quarters including a walk‑in cooler.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking for short distances; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, linoleum.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting: hand truck deliveries up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying: 3‑4‑pound cans and other food items.
• Pushing: dollies and trays up to 30 pounds.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Stooping, bending, and crouching occasionally to stock or clean low areas.
• Reaching: up, down, and forward motions to access storage and equipment.
• Hand tasks: grasping tools, shaping pizza dough, and operating a pizza peel or rolling cutter.
