The Customer Account Representative delivers superior customer service, maintaining consumer relationships and meeting company account management expectations. The role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and total customer satisfaction, all while consistently embodying the RAC mission statement and core values.

This is a full‑time position. Work days are Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off and one additional weekday off. Schedules and hours per week, as well as overtime work, may change throughout the year on the discretion of management and business needs.

Hourly pay ranging from $14.45 to $17.00, paid weekly, in accordance with the company’s payroll procedures.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through white glove service with a servant's heart in the store and at customer homes, obtaining new orders as needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Perform deliveries and pickups: safely and compliantly load, unload, and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures and maintaining vehicles properly.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to a like‑new condition and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record; will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in‑person attendance.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequent lifting and moving of heavy items is required. All employees must adhere to company safety guidelines while meeting these physical demands.
