Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser you provide in‑store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to optimize sales.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work: moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently while building effective teams and maintain a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
