• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or direct customer‑facing business
• Physical Capacity:
  Ability to work 40+ hours each week, travel to local events, set up/tear down, stand all day
