Domino's Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers who can lead teams, manage operations and deliver excellent customer service.

As the assistant manager you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs efficiently during every shift. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, and set a positive example for the team.

• Oversee all store operations during your shift.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash ensuring 100% adherence to policy.
• Staff scheduling, training and paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a perfect image.
• Provide great customer service and manage marketing initiatives.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance for yourself and the crew.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.

• Proficient in basic math—add, subtract, multiply, divide and make accurate monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, telephone communication.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Proficiency in entering orders via computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Employees may be exposed to weather, temperature variations, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
• Regular use of hand/eye coordination for tools and equipment.

• Deliver product via vehicle and door‑to‑door customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate maps within designated delivery areas.

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Ability to read maps and navigate adverse terrain.

• CARRYING: carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery.
• DRIVING: multiple deliveries per shift.
• WALKING: between store, vehicle, and customers.
• CLIMBING: up to five flights of stairs during delivery.
