Safehouse Cook

The mastermind behind the Safe House, a restaurant located somewhere in downtown Milwaukee for over 50 years, is searching for a new agent to be part of our elite team. Step into a covert operation that conceals high priority agents with hidden doors, two-way mirrors and secret labyrinth corridors. This is your chance to work for a brand globally recognized for its groundbreaking spy-themed restaurants.

Our service agents play a vital part in perpetuating our spy culture and help us create an authentic espionage experience.

The Safe House Cook obtains slightly more responsibility as they continue to move up the ranks. A candidate with one to two years of cooking experience is a requirement as you will be responsible for the quality control of items prepared. Our Cook will also assist in maintaining and setting up food production. As a Marcus Hotels & Resorts cook, you will have the unique opportunity to chart your own growth path whether your interest lies in – fast-paced banquets, upscale fine-dining, casual pub style fare, contemporary American cuisine or traditional comfort food.
