Role Overview
Sodexo Senior Living is hiring a Food Service General Manager 5 to lead dining operations at a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll lead daily dining operations, support a talented team, and ensure our residents enjoy an exceptional experience every day. We’re looking for a leader with strong culinary expertise and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
What You019ll Do
- Manage, train, and develop the food service management team
- Oversee daily food service operations for independent, assisted living, and skilled nursing residents
- Deliver high-quality food service and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain Sodexo systems and programs
- Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction through strong leadership
- Integrate fully within our client’s organization and act as a trusted advisor
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
- Develop strategic plans and create a positive environment

What You Bring- 5+ years of food service management and culinary experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of special diets (CDM/CFPP certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership and hospitality skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit professional communication skills.
- Passion for high-level customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
