Concessions Stand Attendant, American Family Field

Overview

The opportunity Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

Pay $8.25 - $8.25 / hour

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Record all waste.
• Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations.
• Help work in the back of house to prep food during events.
• Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed.
• Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests.
• Account for all transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
• Ability to withstand variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season.

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at the 41,900-seat American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970. We manage concession outlets, suites, all-inclusive areas and clubs at the stadium. We also operate J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant. The culinary team partners with many local vendors to infuse Milwaukee staples into the food and beverage offerings.
