We are seeking contract R&D Scientists to support applied sports science and clinical research activities focused on hydration, nutrition, and athlete performance. This role involves managing research studies, supporting lab operations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Frisco, TX 75078

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

• Lead and support clinical trials related to hydration and performance science (protocols, recruitment, execution).

• Assist in sports science testing with both elite athletes and clinical trial participants.

• Conduct a variety of lab and field-based assessments (metabolic, physiological, neuromuscular, biochemical, body composition, etc.).

• Manage data collection, organization, CRFs, spreadsheets, and regulatory documentation in line with GCP.

• Communicate findings and progress to internal stakeholders.

• Handle project coordination (timelines, scope, deliverables, budget).

• Support participant recruiting, scheduling, and lab visit coordination.

• Background in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, life sciences, or clinical research

• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and human performance testing

• Strong communication and data management skills

• Experience with clinical research or athlete testing environments is advantageous
