Broker Associate – Tenant Representation

Working with national retailers to implement expansion plans in the state, responsibilities include:

• Creating and researching retail market analyses
• Site identification
• Financial analyses
• Transaction negotiations
• Market penetration plans
• Site feasibility studies
• Site tours
• Site submittal packages for client’s RECs
• Lease negotiations
• Effectively finding and executing solutions to a wide variety of problems and unique situations
• Additional responsibilities include identifying and assisting with the development of new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in real estate, finance, business, sales or marketing.
• Committed to pursuing a sales and marketing career in commercial real estate. Related experience a plus, but not necessary
• Able to locate, analyze, manage, and disseminate information and data in a timely manner.
• Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all times.
• Must be outgoing, confident, competitive, self-motivated, well organized, highly energetic, and present a very professional appearance.
• Must be technologically and financially savvy, with a strong working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, database management, office equipment, and advanced communication tools.
• Must have exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Must have or immediately acquire a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license.
