Director of Quality – Consumer Goods

Overview

Lead all activities within the Quality Systems function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent implementation across all facilities.

• Lead all activities within the Quality Systems function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent implementation across all facilities
• Oversee the Quality Assurance budget and guide the development and enforcement of corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Evaluate internal and external audit results, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulated product requirements
• Partner with regulatory and executive leadership, support customer communications, and represent the company during audits and site visits
• Provide direction to Quality System Managers and review corporate documentation to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement

• Bachelor s degree required with a strong emphasis in a natural science.
• Minimum of five years in senior-level quality assurance or quality control leadership, ideally at the Director or Senior Manager level, with a strong preference for experience overseeing operations across multiple sites
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Experience in high-speed consumer goods regulated manufacturing required; contract manufacturing is a plus
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing
