Quality Specialist - 2nd Shift (3PM-11:30PM, Mon-Thurs)
$19-$20/hr DOE + $1.00 shift premium
Wisconsin | 4x10s | Temp-to-Hire
We're looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team! This role supports quality systems, ensures compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, and works with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Support quality and regulatory compliance
- Evaluate production processes and identify improvements
- Assist with documentation for new product development
- Analyze quality data and support customer compliance requests
- Associate degree or higher (RAC/ASQ a plus)
- 2-3 years in quality or regulatory work (medical device preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 & FDA regulations
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
Work Environment: Casual dress (T-shirt/jeans), steel-toe shoes required.
