We are currently seeking full‑time Landscape Specialty, Renovation and Mowing Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) at our various branch locations. These roles offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands‑on, outdoor projects.

We value sustainability, creativity, and the use of new technology in our work. This is full‑time year‑round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

• Crew Leaders have minimum of one year experience in the production field ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro‑rated with advanced education)
• Renovation Crew Leaders will have basic knowledge of renovation techniques including the installation of pavers, retaining walls and replacement of trees, shrubs.
• Specialty Crew Leaders possess Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0)
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Commitment to safety
• Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain valid REGULAR driver's license with an acceptable MVR
• Two or four‑year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred.

• Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers
• Mowing Crew Leaders maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
• Specialty Crew Leaders apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed
• Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such as drainage systems, nights cape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro‑mulching tasks
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups
• Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus)
