Overview

St. Francis Animal Hospital in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Urgent Care Associate Veterinarian to join our innovative and energetic team. We are looking for a UC DVM who would be willing to cover one weekend a month. Our facility is a spacious, well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, preventative, surgical, and dental care to St. Francis, Cudahy, and West Milwaukee areas.

We offer in-house diagnostic testing with external laboratories as needed, an in-house surgery suite, and in-house digital radiography in a 6,000 sq ft facility.

We provide routine and advanced surgeries, including orthopedics, dental care, laser therapy, radiology, wellness exams, dermatology, and more. We are open to bringing outside interests in and fueling passions.

• Provide urgent care veterinary services in a busy general practice setting.
• Perform and assist with routine and advanced surgical procedures as comfortable and approved by the DVM.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in the mentorship and training programs as available.
• Occasional weekend coverage (at least one weekend per month).

• Wisconsin Veterinary License - active and in good standing
