Position OverviewSeeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APNP) passionate about integrative and "food as medicine" approaches. The provider will see 6-8 patients per day in an outpatient setting and work one‑on‑one with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
Clinical Focus Areas- Hormone Replacement Therapy (Estrogen/Progesterone)
- Weight Loss (including GLP-1 management)
- GI conditions (IBS, SIBO)
- Thyroid & Endocrine disorders
- Active APNP license & prescribing authority in Wisconsin
- Experience in at least one key specialty area listed above
- Strong interest or background in functional/integrative medicine
- Ability to maintain timely documentation and patient communication
- Weekday clinic hours (Mon-Fri)
- Flexible scheduling (16-40 hours/week)
- Remote administrative/charting time available
- No on‑call, nights, or weekends
- 3% SIMPLE IRA match
