Job Summary
Ambulatory Neuroscience RN – On-site, Full Time (40 hrs).
Location:
Milwaukie, WI – Froedtert Hospital. $5k sign‑on bonus available.
Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:30. No holidays or weekends. Potential to work four 10‑hour shifts and one day from home after six months.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with interprofessional teams in Neuroscience to deliver evidence‑based patient care.
- Coordinate patient care, direct patient care, patient education, and telephone triage/eVisits.
- Assist in in‑clinic minor procedures and perform/assist with scheduled procedures.
- Collect, assess, and evaluate patient data to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development.
- Registered Nurse license required (Wisconsin RN or multi‑state RN from NLC).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience in a similar setting preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
Registered Nurse required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or multi‑state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
