Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. We provide onsite healthcare services to a diverse clientele of businesses throughout the Milwaukee metro area and eastern Wisconsin. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care and occupational health services while collaborating with a supportive team led by an engaged Medical Director.
As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to provide independent patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a collaborative environment within a large hospital system and academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Froedtert & MCW Health is a renowned health system including 10 hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and over 45 health centers and clinics offering a dynamic environment for all staff to excel.

Responsibilities- Provide independent patient care with autonomy for a broad scope including primary care and occupational health.
- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse clientele in onsite settings.
- Collaborate with a Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team within a large health system.
- Support a culture of safety, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.
- Must have Family Medicine experience working independently with all ages.
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care and occupational health context.
- Current licensure as a NP or PA in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain).
- Brown Deer location preferred bilingual Spanish strongly desired.
