Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Azura Hospice (Milwaukee Region)

We’re seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse(RN) to join our compassionate team, delivering exceptional care to patients and meaningful support to their families throughout the Milwaukee Region.

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide Holistic Care:

    Deliver skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Collaborate with Heart:

    Work closely with an interdisciplinary team—physicians, social workers, and chaplains—to create personalized care plans.
  • Empower Families:
    Educate and support patients’ loved ones with compassion and understanding.
  • Document with Care:

    Maintain accurate, timely records to ensure seamless care coordination.

    Offer presence, empathy, and advocacy for patients in their home or facility settings.

What You Bring
  • Licensure
    :

    Active RN license in Wisconsin (BSN preferred but not required).
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus.
  • Compassion
    : A heart for end-of-life care with emotional resilience and empathy.
  • Skills
    :
    Excellent assessment, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Flexibility
    :

    Ability to travel locally to patient homes/facilities and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
