Overview
Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift role (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) includes three 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus
.
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care in line with hospital objectives.
- Oversee care delivery, documentation, and collaboration for patient recovery goals.
- Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation and interpret assessment data.
- Promote quality improvement, patient/family education, and ensure compliance with medical orders.
Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS at hire, ACLS within 6 months; preferred: 2+ years RN experience, supervisory experience, CRRN preferred.
