We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift role involves three 12-hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus
.
- leading nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team
- overseeing documentation with EPIC, interpreting clinical data, and promoting continuous improvement
- counseling patients and families
- Valid RN license and BLS required; ACLS within 6 months
- Preferred: 2+ years RN experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, CRRN preferred
