Overview
Full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN) for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with hospital standards and goals.
- Coordinate and document care using EPIC, interpret assessment data, and facilitate continuity of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Support patient and family education, promote quality improvement, and ensure accurate transcriptions of medical orders.
- Valid State RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within six months
- Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience and supervisory skills
