We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Home Health RN
to provide care for our clients on a
part-time, per-visit basis
right here in Milwaukee. This isn’t your typical high-stress nursing job. Our visits are focused and efficient, typically lasting between 5 to 30 minutes.

This role is perfect for an RN seeking a healthy work-life balance, a parent with a busy schedule, or a nurse looking to supplement your income while making a meaningful impact. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and visit route, with all documentation completed electronically at the point of care.

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and other team members.
• Complete timely and accurate electronic charting during your visits.
• Effectively manage your own schedule and travel route within the Milwaukee area.
• Serve as a trusted resource and communicator for patients and their families.

We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and energetic RN with a naturally positive and empathetic personality.

• A positive, can-do attitude
  (this is key to our team culture!).
• Current, unrestricted RN license
  in the state of Wisconsin.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage your schedule, route, and documentation.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to adapt to our electronic charting systems.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and TB test.
• Previous home health experience is a plus, but we welcome experienced nurses from other fields to apply!

This role requires the ability to travel to client homes and perform essential nursing functions. You must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds, assist with patient ambulation/repositioning, and stand, walk, stoop, and kneel as needed.
